How Do I Make a Purchase?

How Do I Know If My Order Is Confirmed?
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your Promotions/Spam folder or reach out — we’re happy to help.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Is Placed?
We can update your address as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us right away at [your support email] and include your order number so we can try to catch it in time.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be shown at checkout.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During new releases or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer — but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of hair accessories, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

How Long Will It Take Until I Receive My Order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
